To celebrate out 26th season, we’re planning to add a new animated penguin display. We will also add new figures to some of our other scenes. These are the figures we’ve added so far.

In 2020, we made a major addition to the Memory Lane Light Display. The Memory Tree is a 40-foot oak tree that we wrapped in lights. The Memory Tree is visible from two areas as you drive through the Light Display. The first view will come near the entrance as you climb the hill and look down at the Memory Tree. The second view will be as you approach the exit and drive under the Memory Tree.
We encourage visitors to stop in the parking lot and take the walkway back for a closer look at the Tree. We’ve set up a bulletin board near the Tree for you to share a memory. We’d like for you to post a note card about memorable event or the name of a loved one, like this example:
Visit the Memory Tree at Memory Lane Facebook page to see the Memories that have been shared.
The light display started in 1992 with a nativity scene in front of our home.
Since then we've been adding figures and lights until every building around the driveway was lit and every part of the yard had a display.
By 1998 we had over sixty figures including a piece with a 5' swinging bell. In 1999, when we moved the display to Pleasant Ridge, we added a 14' Rocking Horse and an 18' tall Jack-in-the-Box. Each year the display grows to continue on the legacy and share the Christmas Holiday with our guests.
